Broitman Cafe

Broitman is much more than a café. It is a meeting place, bakery, and pastry shop that has accompanied Eilat for years. The move to a new location required preserving its welcoming character while allowing it to grow — forming the foundation for the design and planning of the new space.

The café was designed on a larger scale without losing its sense of intimacy — a place that feels natural and familiar from the very first moment, almost as if it had always been there.

Deep wood tones, light terrazzo flooring, and soft lighting define a timeless design language, allowing the space to continue serving the community for years to come.

ברויטמן הוא הרבה מעבר לבית קפה. זהו מקום מפגש, מאפייה וקונדיטוריה שמלווה את אילת כבר שנים. המעבר למיקום חדש דרש לשמור על אותו אופי מזמין ונעים, ובמקביל לאפשר לו להתפתח ולגדול — וזה היה הבסיס לתכנון ועיצוב המקום.

החלל תוכנן בקנה מידה רחב יותר, מבלי לאבד אינטימיות — מקום שנכנסים אליו ומרגישים מיד טבעי ומוכר, כמעט כאילו היה שם תמיד.

עץ עמוק, טרצו בהיר ותאורה רכה יוצרים שפה עיצובית על־זמנית, שמאפשרת למקום להמשיך לשרת את הקהילה עוד שנים קדימה.
